The Christian Initiation Team welcomes adults into our Catholic faith community year round. You as members of the community have witnessed many rites of our newest Catholics and have prayed over them at Mass. Your involvement in praying for them doesn’t necessarily stop there. They have been on a lengthy spiritual journey before you even saw them at Mass and as such, they are in need of this community’s constant prayers.
Would you help pray for our Candidates and Catechumens? In the hall behind the Altar is our CI classroom. Beside the classroom door is a dual basket with blank cards and envelopes for your prayers. Please fill out a card with your prayers, notes and words of encouragement. Address the envelope with the person’s name, seal it then drop it in the basket for completed prayer cards. You will find the pictures of the Candidates and Catechumens on the bulletin board to the left of the basket. Thank you.
