From Sunday through Tuesday 19-21 January, Fr. Bill Garrott, OP, will direct a parish mission at St. Therese titled the “Trifecta of Divine Mercy.” Through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, Dominican Friars have been proclaiming the truth of God’s Word for over 800 years in order to bring Catholics and those who have drifted from the Faith into a personal encounter with the living Christ Who reveals the unconditional love of our heavenly Father in the power of the Holy Spirit. The “Trifecta of Divine Mercy” mission is a unique, grace-filled evangelical moment in the life of the parish which aims to help parishioners enter more deeply into the love of the Holy Trinity and experience God’s merciful touch through the sacraments. Fr. Bill will be at all masses the weekend of 18-19 January. The parish mission begins Sunday evening 19 January at 7:00 PM with the rosary, followed by the mission talk. It is open to parishioners of St. Therese and surrounding parishes and to all ages, suitable for children in 2nd grade and older. A free-will offering will be taken up at the last night of the mission.
